@British_Airways On 30 June 23 Fao -Lhr. After a 3hr tech delay we took off. Aircraft then rtn due emergency. After this we were left to get our own accom. Told to pay and claim. 8 weeks later we still have had no compensation for delay/costs and no reply from BA.
Poor service.

@British_Airways not great service on our cancelled faro to Gatwick flight.
Flight crew said that ‘all was in hand and our staff were making arrangements. None made. No duty of care to my Mum who’s wheelchair bound.
No hotels or any information given about a return flight.
