A little back story about the youngest mother ever.

Her name is Lina Medina, she was born in Peru in 1933.
When she was 5 years, her parents noticed her abdomen was getting big and thought to take her to a hospital. They even thought it was a cancer.

When she was examined by the Doctors, they discovered at age 5 she already had fully developed female sexual organs , A case of Precocious puberty.
She even started menstruating from 8 months.

It was then noticed that, the big abdomen was due to Lina being pregnant at age 5. How?

Even though her sexual organs were developed, Her pelvis were still not very much developed

Some months after she had a Casearean section done and she delivered a 2.7 kg baby successfully.

When the story broke out, people were curious Who the Father was. Who impregnated her? As she was a minor.
Lina was questioned but didn't disclose Who impregnated her.

Her father was later arrested on suspicions of possible sexual abuse but was later released due to lack of evidence

Lina is still alive and holds records for the youngest mother alive.

CRISPR doesn't suppress. It deletes.

The team programmed the tool to find HIV's genetic code, cut it apart, and remove it from the cell's DNA entirely. Early lab results show the virus can be eliminated this way.

Here's the honest part: this is still "proof of concept." It worked in cells in a lab, not in patients walking around.
Years of testing stand between this discovery and a real cure.

But the door just cracked open on something massive.

Around 39 million people are living with HIV worldwide. A future where the virus can be cut out, not just managed for life, suddenly looks less like science fiction.

The scissors are real. The science is moving. And one day, "HIV-positive" might not be a life sentence at all.

"Cryptic pregnancy" aka scam pregnancy is a fraudulent scheme operated by a cartel of criminals.

They prey on women with infertility, middle or elderly women who are looking for children.

They make the women pay millions of naira with the promise that they are carrying a special pregnancy.

The women carry the so called pregnancy for years thinking they are are pregnant but No.
What happens is that they inject the women with hormones made in pregnancy.

The woman starts to have pregnancy like symptoms, urine test postive and they think they are pregnant but No. It is just hormones

They are told not to do scans anywhere apart from their own center because it is a special pregnancy and no other place can see it. ( once they do scan outside the hospital, they don't see babies, but the scam cryptic center only sees the babies)

After years of pregnancy. They knock them up and give them stolen babies.
They then go to give testimony of carrying baby for years and having.
