#Ethereum uses an account-based model, BFT consensus, infinite ETH inflation (+burning), and EVM to execute smart contracts.

#Cardano uses the eUTxO model, Nakamoto consensus, which has a hard-capped number of ADA and Plutus scripts.

There are more significant differences.

Writing that Cardano is a clone of Ethereum is total nonsense and probably a deliberate lie.
