On many occasions you state that the package was handed to me - even when I am not at home and it has not been handed to me. What will it take for Amazon to resolve this issue?
@AmazonUK I have spoken to Amazon about this issue on numerous occasions. Perhaps you can explain your failure to resolve it - and also resolve it. My profile requests that deliveries are left in my outside cupboard if I am out.
I also have a note on my front door that says the same. However, you leave the delivery on my door step in full view. This risks theft of the item and potential break in, as it advertises my absence - which can be up to two weeks at a time.
The UPS delivery depot is 12 miles away, and you have had the order for two days - please could you let me know why it has not been delivered, and why the updates are contradictory?

IZ94W9050431767771 The UPS delivery depot in Feltham stated that they had received my order at 03:52 on the 2nd December, and that it was "out for delivery" yesterday, 3rd December. I made sure that I was at home all day; however, the order did not arrive.
This afternoon, I can see that the the “out for delivery” notification has been removed, and it now just has the previous notification of “on its way”, but with a date of 3rd December.
