@meganaloe @usedgov I haven't seen this issue addressed: student loan payments are similar to mortgages or car loans, where the monthly payment remains the same, even as balance decreases. Does this plan involve recalculating the monthly payment on any remaining balance?

@brookesbits @The_G_Genie Serious question-what would full staff look like? It doesn't seem like you could fit more than 4-5 employees behind the counter at a time, and I'm sure they don't have multiples of each machine needed to make drinks. Did these folks just pay then leave? Or demand refund?
