As a judge myself, I understand the difference between what is actionable and unactionable. Players also are very aware of what they can get away with and which actions are inherently slow.

If a non-active player is acting in the end step of the active turn, when time is called, the subsequent turn becomes the final one.

I've seen TOs try it in smaller events and it ends poorly.

It's nearly impossible to prevent because players can take a million actions per turn.

@BorosBaldy @MTRA_IPGA @IBlameMax @SethArar @TheBG_D What constitutes a major event in your mind? Who are these players you're getting feedback from? There's at least 1 large CEDH event every weekend these days (80+ people), oftentimes 2-3.

Most of these changes make the current issues worse, and reintroduce issues from the past
