@PlayRoadCraft Generally it is quite enjoyable.
Currently it needs some fixing to play with Proton, but alright.
The auto-reverse though is, well... It does not ruin a good game, but it feels a bit clumsy. Just a simple single-button switch between forward reverse would mean the world.
@PlaySnowRunner Cabin view looks nice and helps navigating in tight spaces sometimes, but as long as games can not let you feel movement, tilting, inertia and so on, 3rd person is the real way to get the full range of information, especially in harder areas.
The “slippery slope fallacy” accusation is more often than not used to evade understanding cause-effect relationships and the natural, practical consequences of certain actions in a complex system.
@archillect It would actually suck. The gun can only point to the front and right side, and offroad capability is practically zero.
But at least it looks fast.
@punk6529 Expensive and pretty low quality videogames too.
It is basically the usual "free-to-play" (but actually highly abusive and expensive) trash marketed to a new "target demographic" that does not know yet how bad things really are.
