Someone mentioned C++20 is unusable because the standard now requires 2' Complement. Does he have a point and on what basis is he making this claim?
We encourage you to watch our video to find out how this relates to Binary Representation.

We have a new video which discusses Policy Based design and compares it to other styles of programming. Do you know which design pattern policy based programming solves? You might be using policies and maybe you had no idea they had a name. #cplusplus

A new C++ video has been uploaded to our YouTube channel. Do you know which part of a declaration is the declarator? How about what can go wrong with multiple variables in one declaration statement? Let us entertain you. #cplusplus

Wanted to let all of our friends know we are safe and sound after this incredible storm. Power has been out for 26 hours so far and it could be another 40 or 50 until it comes back up. Lots of fallen trees and broken power lines. @janwilmans@MaxClerkwell@odinthenerd
We released a new video which compares Generic and Meta Programming and how they are used in various languages. We also explain the definition of Template Meta Programming and when TMP is actually Reflection. #cplusplus#rustlang#golang

@Iluinrandir@timur_audio This is our main project although there are several other libraries and tools. If anyone wants to help us get CMake working for packaging, please reach out to us.
@Iluinrandir@timur_audio It would be really complicated to provide MS a special license for the build files to an open source project. We are looking at using CMake directly for packaging.
@timur_audio The other problem is we were told to modify the name of our libraries to avoid conflicts with another projects. They believe any given project should be able to link simultaneously with every package they support .

@timur_audio We looked at vcpkg and discovered too many problems. After a meeting with MS it turned out to be worse. They require licensing rights to alter our distribution files as they see fit. They expected us to test their changes. 1/2
@postpostpostr@wanyeburkett I was not sure if you were a troll. Thanks for letting me know. If and when you want to have a serious adult conversation let me know.
@postpostpostr@wanyeburkett May I ask why this is so funny to you? There are a lot of people who teach and help other developers learn a skill. We release YouTube videos on C++ and speak at conferences. He happens to work well one on one which is pretty wonderful.
@wanyeburkett It is clear you do not know Jan and yet have decided to judge him because he disagrees with you. I do happen to know him and he has fantastic work ethics. Working from home is not something that limits his productivity.
@hniemeye We adore the entire series! Bought a limited edition 58 blu-ray set in July, it shipped two days ago. Includes Eccleston through Whittaker, 13 seasons and the specials. I think we get some toy figures too.
Posted a new video about std::chrono which provides an overview of what functionality was added in C++11, C++17, and C++20. Watch to find out how much of chrono your compiler supports. We were pretty surprised at what we discovered. #cplusplus
