An interesting start to a Saturday morning...being a guest on @plymouthargyle breakfast club to discuss @MANCulturePlym and the work we are doing with @TreviWomen. Certainly a new experience and crazy to think I grew up just a short walk from the stadium. #enough
We are very pleased to announce that our latest #podcast is ready for viewing. On this pod we have special guest M.A.N. Culture member Andy Hodges @copperstag13 . A fantastic hour of amazing conversation about everything.

Humbled and emotional from that email!!!
Lots of work still to do.....but do it we must!!
Received an email yesterday from someone who came to the @MANCulturePlym conference. The team and I are blown away by the comments and it's hearing this feedback which drives us on with this work ⬇️....
'That Day' as I call it it last year I saw the worst of what a person could be capable of and I truly lost my faith in humanity, but meeting you and the men yesterday showed me the best of humanity.
Maybe it take seeing the bad to be able to fully appreciate
"Turning a blind eye to these symptoms of distress is dangerous. Misogynistic cult leaders like Andrew Tate are capitalising on the self-doubt of young men to sell them a version of masculinity that is nasty and violent."

So after having a day or so to let my internal introvert battery recover, I have had chance to reflect on our conference and feel so honoured and blessed to be part of this group. Thankyou for all the feedback...it's been very humbling. Next year anyone??
