Booked at St Christopher's Inn Shepherd's Bush.
When I arrived, they turned me away as I didn't have I.D. They took my £ anyway because they could (had to prebook @bookingcom) and laughed.

@bookingcom I have responded. The crux of my response is that just because the law allows businesses to take people's money for services we couldn't use (due to not trawling through smallprint when it's dark and freezing) - in more human terms - doesn't mean they should.

@bookingcom poor service and no help at all following a miscellaneous charge from the hotel we stayed in. We were charged 60 EUR which was taken out of our bank without reason or prior knowledge. Firstly it was a technical error, when challenged its for cleaning the room.
