@TPEassist @TPExpressTrains We were Manchester Oxford road not Piccadilly. staff have sent plenty of people to other stations or advised taxis only for the 22:24 from Oxford road to Preston go turn up at 23:00 after boards claimed it was cancelled as did staff. Are you going to compensate our taxi travel?

@TPExpressTrains hi! All trains cancelled to Preston. We are currently stranded in Manchester. No busses available according to staff and not on way. Pls advise if we travel to Bolton on another train and go from Bolton to Preston via taxi we can be reimbursed. Thank you.

@TPExpressTrains Why has the 22:24 from Manchester to Preston just departed after staff at the station told everyone it was cancelled, started sending people to other stations and displayed ‘cancelled’ on the board? We’ve now paid £60 for a taxi. @TPEassist

@TPExpressTrains We have had to get a taxi from Manchester Oxford road to Preston now as the train to Bolton has also been cancelled according to staff at Oxford Road. We will keep our invoice from uber and be in touch.
