Don’t cherry pick which laws you want enforced and followed.

@charlesmurray Except in the 50’s it was a single i come household that could afford to live the “good life” at 40 hours a week.

Demanding 48 hours a week from one and 20 from the other is an increase of 28 hours to barely be making it.

My baby (he’s almost 5…. That’s beside the point) stayed at home with me tonight after scraping his knee.

We are snuggled in his bed and he wants to listen to the old Norse version of “My Mother Told Me” as his lullaby.

My hot parenting take: Homework is stupid. Sending your kid to school for 7-9 hours a day and then sending them home with 1-2 hours of homework is like your job sending you home to work from home everyday after a full shift. 7-9 hrs/day of school is already too much imo.

It was so damn hot today.

I wore my thinnest, most breathable shirt and my husband pointed out to me as we were out and about that you could most definitely see the tattoo i have on my tummy/ side.

This is the part of working full time every day i miss the most.

I’m tempted to just take another Tylenol pm and just sleep from now until tomorrow.

My kiddos are being introduced to Shrek tonight.

I think they’re all at an age they will enjoy it.
