The NCAA now cannot enforce its #NIL rules/guidelines that prohibit athletes from negotiating NIL deals with third parties, including collectives and boosters, before they commit to a school.

But the league shouldn’t operate like all other leagues do. That failed the MLL. Those leagues came of age in the broadcast TV era; its the internet era now

Create a separate business entity to take advantage of NIL opportunities.

Whether it’s an LLC or a corporation, a separate entity will protect you from personal liability and can provide tax advantages.
