If a lot of people watching your YouTube videos starts inflating your ego too much, you can regain perspective by checking the comments to remind yourself that nobody has actually watched the video at all.
My major issue with The Acolyte was how heavily the Roshomon effect angle emphasized compared to how (in my opinion) poorly that element was executed. I like the characters, and I especially thought the action was generally good, so I'd love to see what another season could be.
I think where season 1 left off honestly means the door is kinda narratively always open to continue. The characters being out of contact/back in hiding for five years is equally as fitting/believable as one.
THE ACOLYTE creator Leslye Headland says she “would still want to do” a Season 2 that would have explored Qimir, Plagueis, and tied into the sequels.
“As more people discover it, I think people may want to see some form of the story come back. We did have a lot of stuff that we wanted to explore- including tying in lore to the sequels. Getting into who exactly Manny [Jacinto]’s character is, his connection with Vernestra, his connection with Plagueis, and then his connection with other sequel-established things.”

Hearing reports that there'll be a Star Wars novel series about Luke being exiled by an Imperial warlord who took over the New Republic, blaming him for his nephew's fall. He has to fight a side villain who was just offscreen in a Clone Wars story arc.
The EU would never.
Absolutely and one thing I hate the most about Disney Star Wars is that they make the Galaxy feel so small and retarded.
Everyone knows everybody and everything, but they never borrow to share with the other major players in the Era.
It's dumb, plus what they did to Luke is a crime. He was the tale of a young man who struggled and became the name of legends.
Not some quitter drinking green shit.
If Natalie had won Winners at War coming from EoE it would have had as big an asterisk as Chris Underwood's win. The format was in fact on trial and the format was guilty.
@GalvStudios22 That a guy who was calling the Yuuzhan Vong the "Yuzhong Vong" and then references Talon and Abeloth, who have a much bigger profile in youtube videos than in the actual material probably hasn't actually read any of it and just wants to shit on canon stuff.
