Would made that "every single fucking idiot" except apparently a few of them have managed to marry.
Some of them even marry humans. A select few marry humans who aren't blood kin.
Hunter Biden sold 200 grand worth artwork yearly over 4 years while his Dad was President. Republicans screamed. Donald Trump Jr's small drone parts company got a $620 million dollar "loan" from the Pentagon after the White House intervened and that's only one company of several he is involved with getting tax money.
In America today, we rank 34th out of 35 countries in childhood poverty and millions of children are food insecure.
Maybe, just maybe, my Republican colleagues would consider holding a single hearing about how we improve the lives of American kids.
WAKE UP, AMERICA.
The Supreme Court majority just admitted it’s a PARTISAN operator willing to TORCH the rule of law to advance its ideological agenda.
In an unprecedented move with a brief UNSIGNED order, it: 1) IGNORED the central basis of the lower court’s decision, 2) DISREGARDED its own precedent (that it had assured just weeks ago remained good law), and 3) REWARDED Alabama's defiance of a federal court order.
All to help Republicans squeeze out one more seat in the midterms. And on Election Day for millions of Americans no less!
This is sick.
“Power, not reason, is the new currency of this Court's decisionmaking.” — Thurgood Marshall
MADELEINE DEAN: How many people were killed simply trying to access food sites in Gaza?
RUBIO: Well, since Hamas killed them, you should ask what their role was
DEAN: IDF soldiers shot some of them. Propaganda ain't gonna work with me
The United States is the only country among all 38 wealthy OECD democracies with no nationwide requirement for any of the following: automatic voter registration, paid time off to vote, election scheduling on a weekend or public holiday, early in-person voting, standardized poll hours, or widely available mail voting.
Not one. Zero out of six. Alone among our peers.
Two-thirds of OECD countries schedule elections on a weekend or public holiday. The US holds elections on a Tuesday - one of only five OECD countries to do so by law. Of the other four, three provide paid leave for voting. We do not.
Eighty-two percent of OECD countries automatically register citizens using existing government records. We do it in roughly half of states, through opt-in systems at the DMV. The other half have done nothing.
The consequences are measurable. Among OECD countries that have adopted at least two pro-voting policies, average turnout in parliamentary elections is 82 percent. Among countries with one or no such policies, it's 68 percent.
The worker at a distribution center in Shelbyville who can't leave her shift on a Tuesday afternoon isn't failing democracy. Democracy is failing her. The system that requires her to choose between her paycheck and her ballot is not a neutral design. It is a choice. Thirty-three other wealthy democracies made a different one.
And now the SAVE America Act, the mail voting executive order, and the threat of armed federal agents at polls are all pushing in the same direction - making it harder, not easier, for the people with the least flexibility to participate in the only act of governance that is specifically theirs.
WTF timeline are we on. Someone called me the MAGA whisperer and I’ll gladly take the title. Left, right, D or R we all want the same things. We’re being divided on purpose by the Epstein Elite Oligarch class because as long as we’re at each other’s throats, they get fat and rich off of our misery. The second we figure out we agree on more than we disagree, they’re done. Love your neighbor. Be yourself. Radical honesty. No fucks given, no fucks taken. Everything else is just noise. (But still fuck Jake “Brick Tamland” Tapper on any time line)
Donald Trump had over 3,700 stock transactions since the war in Iran started, and he profited over 220 million dollars. Don't tell me how he "donates his presidential salary" ever again you stupid fucking MAGAs
