@EE I have no service and have had poor or no coverage all day. An expected fix time of 16 hours is crazy. I have not been able to take work calls all day as EE WiFi Calling isn't working for myself either. A very unhappy customer...

@EE Nothing is happening. I press call and there is no dial tone, no ringing, just silence. After a while, the call just ends with no sign of it doing anything. I've restarted phone, reset network and WiFi settings and still no luck.

@EE The AI in your app is completely unable to assist me. I requested to speak to a guide and it suggested I call your team and ended the conversation, despite explaining that this isn't possible due to WiFi calling not working and your network coverage being non-existent all day...
