@CityPowerJhb I ask again, has anyone been to investigate? This is a major area outage now at 17 hours. At 1am my logged call CPWEB4586103 went from "allocated" to "field diagnosis completed" to "job completed" but power is still out, CP only noted the outage at 8am. Nothing further since.
