@irishrail. Bloody glad I haven’t had breakfast yet. Carriage 29309 on Rosslare to Dublin has a toilet that has overflowed into the carriage. The smell of urine is intolerable, the floor is wet and covered in toilet paper (difficult to see in photo)

This is a very interesting thread in respect of my @EU_Commission complaint. Some strong details in here about where the requested budget was to go. It does leave you wondering what will need to be cut internally to manage with 27% of the increase they sought.

@IrishTimesBiz It's an inherently stupid move, given that the office can raise a multiple of its budget in forthcoming fines - and then will have to pay out 100s of 1000s €s it doesn't have to defend its position in Court - the €1m it might fine the DEASP will help.
