Look at No Other Land which won an Oscar, but what did that change for Palestinians? One co-director was beaten & detained after the win, another contributor was shot dead. Hollywood applauded, then moved on. Storytelling didn’t stop the violence. We need action, not applause.
Everything I see about this movie entirely centers Israelis. Have never seen a single post about this movie that names a single Palestinian or talks about any detail of their lives. It frames Israeli war crimes against Palestinians in a way that refuses to humanize Palestinians.
💢Trump Says “Very Little” Happening in Gaza as Israel Shoots Dead Pregnant Palestinian Woman and Unborn Child
🔹President Donald Trump, claiming credit for the US-backed “ceasefire,” said during his visit to Ireland: “We put out the fire in Gaza. There is very little happening right now in Gaza.”
He added: “It’s been quite amazing. I think we have done a great job.”
🔹The same day, pregnant Palestinian Iman Shalouf and her unborn child, Ayoub, died from wounds sustained when Israeli forces shot her south of Khan Younis three days earlier. Nine more Palestinians, including children, were wounded in a separate Israeli attack in Khan Younis today.
🔹Gaza’s Health Ministry said hospitals received the bodies of 10 killed Palestinians and treated 56 wounded people over the past 48 hours. Since the October 11 ceasefire, Israeli forces have killed at least 1,369 Palestinians and wounded 4,627, while 831 bodies have been recovered. Other victims remain under rubble and on roads beyond rescuers’ reach.
"Interviewees describe hacking little girls’ phones to see when their fathers came home and then bombing their houses, listening while the people on the line screamed and pleaded for help, while mothers cried over their burning daughters."
Please read this.
There’s something uniquely damning about these confessions. They make the allegations irrefutable. But it’s difficult to describe how infuriating it is to spend years documenting the slaughter of your people and still not be believed until their murderers confirm that, yes, it happened exactly as we’ve been saying all along.
IDF drone operator: "I asked to meet with the intelligence officer so I could enter targets into the computer, and he told me, ‘You have two million targets in Gaza.' The trigger was pulled extremely easily. People lost their humanity."

💢 BREAKING: Five-year-old Wafaa Yusuf Akilah went to school on Sunday. It was her first day of the year. Israel killed her before she made it home.
An Israeli drone struck the vehicle carrying Wafaa and her father, Yusuf, near Hamid Junction in western Gaza City, killing them both without warning, witnesses told Drop Site.
In photographs, Wafaa smiles in her blue school uniform and gives a thumbs-up. At the site of the strike, her school books lay open atop the burned wreckage. Her small body lay face down in the street.
Footage captured by Drop Site contributor Abdel Qader Sabbah shows two men holding pieces of her hair.
“This is all that’s left, world,” one says. “What truce are you talking about?”
“There has been no ceasefire,” another says. “Every day there are massacres. Every day there is killing. Every day children are dying.”
“Enough of this abandonment.”

They cannot ethnically cleanse two million Palestinians from Gaza because no country is willing to accept such a plan.
But they can try to keep Gaza exactly as it is: no reconstruction, no functioning economy, no real future, and no normal life—making conditions so unbearable that Palestinians eventually feel they have no choice but to leave.
Some may find the news that Adidas hired a former Israeli soldier for one of its recent campaigns shocking, but the brand has been telling us for a while where it stands.
Adidas is also a sponsor of the ADL, one of the most prominent pro-Israel organisations in the world.
🔴🇵🇸 NEW: Israeli prison guards have repeatedly beaten detained Palestinian doctor Hussam Abu Safiya, including on sensitive areas, with hands, feet and batons, the Palestinian Center for Prisoners’ Defense said, citing a new message through his lawyer.
Abu Safiya, director of Gaza’s Kamal Adwan Hospital, said guards deprive him of sleep with noise and loudspeakers at night and threaten him against revealing his prison conditions. He also reported being assaulted after lawyers’ visits, suggesting retaliation for speaking out.
The center said he has injuries to his head, face, chest and left eye while being denied medical care. It described the abuse as part of a wider pattern against imprisoned Palestinian health workers, including beatings, starvation and isolation, and called for an independent investigation and urgent UN, Red Cross and WHO intervention.
Nine-year-old Israa Al-Hasi and her 50-year-old mother, Amina, were killed on Wednesday when Israeli forces struck tents sheltering displaced Palestinians in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, in yet another Israeli crime against unarmed civilians in the Gaza Strip.
Just when you thought German foreign policy couldn't sink any lower...
Germany approves nearly $930M in arms exports to Israel amid Gaza genocide

One of Israel's most effective weapons is time: let time pass & the 20,000 Palestinians in Gaza in need of urgent medical care outside of Gaza will die, slowly & painfully.
Okay, so what if a university is not sending money to Israel but not because they're against genocide, they just don't have any products they happen to buy from Israel, don't have a campus there, etc.
Is that university still barred from getting federal money? IOW, is it a requirement that you MUST spend money in Israel to get federal money as a university, or are you only in trouble if you kept your money out for moral reasons?
Halfway through the article, it clarifies that the health ministry's figures are actually reliable.
But Raffi Berg and the BBC know most people won't reach that far, so they throw “Hamas-run” into the title that most people will read.
Classic BBC propaganda.
Zionism in Israel has become a euphemism for Jewish supremacy (yes it always had those elements as Jewish nationalist movement but wasn’t as deterministic)
Rejection of Palestinian statehood has become a euphemism for killing/ expulsion of Palestinians btw the river and the sea
Interesting word play, IGF!
1- Why are you & contractors doing "demolition work & rubble removal" in Gaza during ceasefire in the 1st place? ICJ ordered you to preserve evidence
2- Are you taking any measures to separate human remains from rubble?
3- Are companies/contractors like Terra Firma NOT doing "rubble clearance" in Gaza? are they not allegedly using machines that take rubble & spit out dust?
4- Is the Board of Peace NOT in any way paying, compensating, subsidising or aiding Israeli companies, contractors, individuals, the Israeli army or government for rubble removal & road paving in Gaza?
5- Is the IDF or contractors NOT doing road-paving work, specifically in Northern Gaza? if yes, why? are you receiving foreign funds (e.g. from the BoP) for this?
6- Why are you disposing of "huge piles of construction waste and rubble from Israel inside Gaza" (per Haaretz) while removing rubble generated from your genocide?
7- Has the infamous Safe Reach Solutions NOT been in Israel since last week? if yes, why are they there?
And since I have your attention:
8- Why did you murder my friend Prof. Refaat Al-Areer on Dec 6, 2023?
9- Why did you murder my friend Dr. Khalil Bakhit on Jan 14, 2025 outside the Shifa hospital?
10- Why did you murder my journalist friend Ali Adam on Jan 10, 2024 at al-Aqsa hospital in Deir al-Balah?
11- Why did you kill over a 100 of my relatives?
12- Why did you kill my friend Ahmed Al-Naouq's entire family on Oct 20, 2023?
13- My did you destroy my home & the homes of every single member of my family, friends & colleagues?
14- Why is commander Nochi Mendel - whom YOU blamed for killing US, EU, UK & Australian aid workers of the WCK - still working as the head of the Settlements & National Infrastructure at Israel's Defence Ministry?
I can go all day, but let's first see if you have the spine to answer those questions!
