@DividendKam Plus 1.62. 6 in the red. All the rest green. Bought early. Added 4 positions, stacked 5 over the last several speed bumps. All are up from when all wnt down. Invest and make money on the red days ....hold on for dear life on the mixed bag of rocks...relish the green. Go long

@dig_deeper1 I'm an s corp. Most of my Profits are distributions. I have a salary in which I pay std payroll taxes.
If i pay myself 75k per year, and have 200k in net profit, 125k can be distributable income at a much lower rate. LLc's are a bit different.

@DividendMil Purchased Google, vici, schd, giax. I reinvested throughout the month 20k. Bought on the way down mostly. Stacking for the future. Increased my estimated div and distributions to $27.5 k per year if it holds. Still adding growth as well as dividends

Bought more main, Pfizer, spyi and iyri. Bought mor aipi before the dividend.
Today more iyri.
Not a huge influx into 1. Spread it around. I dca throughout the month. Keep stacking

@Smartnetworth1 That's why I paid for their college. I investedvin my kids future. Many friends said to lengthen get student loans. My kids were debt free with a paid off car when they were done. 15 years later...still debt free....except for the house. Huge advantage for my kids future

@TannerBuilds 1 acre lots going for $250k in my market . 1 hour outside of town less but it's very high makes it dificult to build an affordable custom home.
Build cost cheap $150 to $200 per foot but hard to do. $200 to $300 per foot for avg
On up . Build to rent builder cost $110 plus now

@TannerBuilds Depends greatly. If u buy an acre for 250k. Put a 3000 ft house on it. Build it for 250 per ft its 1/3
U can buy 6 acres 1 hour outside of town. Lower your land cost and do better. Better areas, land is expensive. Multi million $ houses.

@dig_deeper1 That's a simplified answer. Payment still has to be made by the llc, which is the owner of the LLC. Def a write off...but cost a whole lot of money

@LEAPTRADER_ Easy peasy. Total budget is 6k now, 2k per month for medical income. Dedictibles and copay, 6k for travel. 12k property taxes. 3 years, Medicare saves me 12 grand.
My goal 80 to 100k passive in 3 years

@theficouple Put 2 through college, paid for all expenses. concentrate on school. also enjoy life. School was their work. I also saw kids and parents going into debt with student loans. I didn't want that. They graduated, gave them a paid off car, no debt. Kids with no debt is a flex.

@Ashton_1nvests How's 6. 3 wk vehicles. 1 family vehicle, and 2 that my sons are driving. 401k dad plan. Lol. Oldest car broke down, had a baby. Gave him 1 to drive. Youngest aspiring soccer coach. His car borrowed down. Gave him 1. Now, I may need another. 0 debt is a flex for sure
