New business idea: You pay me to bring my goats in a trailer to your ex’s house and I let them eat the landscaping and jump on his/ her car. I’m brilliant.
@HopeFloeck My neighbor has ~10 dogs that freely roam the neighborhood (2-3 mile radius) and I have another neighbor that has 2 that also freely roam and aren’t fixed. 😡 I don’t get it, I truly don’t.
We’re all on lunch spread out in different rooms and I pop into another for a second and my coworker goes “there’s cokes and rum in the back of my truck just so you know.”
Noted.
I had an interview tomorrow but to be honest I just didn’t feel like going. I canceled— I’m trying to remain positive but no one can talk about anything other than this pandemic and it’s just depressing.
I think I found Charlie’s previous owner (the one who abandoned him). I want to find out about his past but I’m afraid if I contact her she’ll accuse me of stealing... Do I let sleeping dogs lie or confront her? (For the record I bought him off the barn owner where he was left).
This past weekend I took Charles to a clinic... he decided he didn’t like being tied to the trailer and somehow Unclipped his lead and went on an unsupervised tour of the facilities... and then nearly got sprayed by a skunk. I was mortified. We can never go back.
Horse people: do you find it incredibly stressful to change vets/ farriers etc? I’ve used the same farrier for 17 years but didn’t feel he was doing a great job with Charlie’s hooves, so I found a different one. How do I break the news to the old one that he’s no longer needed?
