@POTUS@RWMaloneMD@P_McCulloughMD@AAGDhillon @SecDef @DCIARatcliffe Post 1: **August 9, 2021**: Quoted 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), emphasizing that EUA products are optional and recipients must be informed of the right to refuse, potential consequences, and alternatives. Stressed that mandates violate this law. (I stand behind that.)
@BlastingThrough Always. Pops didn't believe the OPM hack letter was real (until later). Imagine if I had thrown it away.
Anyway. That's not to rub it in. Everyone makes mistakes.
I’m sure Jesus loves Jack Smith, but everyone else who cares about the rule of law thinks he’s an idiot.
He’s a political operative masquerading as a prosecutor.
Scott Galloway has been trending so it's time for a reminder on this one:
In January, he called for Democrats to conduct trials “equivalent to Nuremberg” after Trump.
"And make it clear that once we're back in power, which we will be, this is going to happen."
This is the supposed 'Raging Moderate'
So when are you journovermin at the NYT planning on giving back the Pulitzer you won for spreading the "Trump/Russia Collusion" hoax?
I mean, that was worse than speculation or unverified information--it was and is a verified LIE.
Well, Journovermin? What say you?
Call me when Jack Smith expresses any kind of remorse for using the federal government to harass and falsely accuse innocent conservatives - for years! - costing families millions in legal fees, lost employment, and destroying reputations and lives.
I have vacillated between tears and anger this morning while finally reading the transcript of what @FBI put Brian Cole Jr. through on the morning of Dec. 4. I sincerely hope @dbongino and @Kash_Patel burn in whatever eternal punishment is the opposite of Kash's beloved Valhalla.

There's no evidence of bad behavior by Jack Smith, say reporters. But he collected texts from dozens of journalists & Congressmen, and 4,782 cashed checks from donors. Reporters excuse these unprecedented abuses of power because they crave mass prosecution of MAGA Republicans.
"One of Jack Smith’s Special Assistants asked to “reset” his phone. Smith approved it.
The only reason you reset your phone is to delete everything on it.
When IT personnel told Smith that moving his team’s email and documents from one server to another could potentially erase “Metadata,” Smith said, ” Do it anyway.”
We wanted nearly every republican’s data while fine with destroying their own teams’ records. That, to me, is the height of arrogance."
Chris Nelson: DHS used a “dragnet” operation to monitor keywords on social media, like “stop the steal,” and then put them on a list.

Today’s legacy media headlines on Jack Smith testimony offer a fresh example of a double standard. days after outrage that CNN, et. al. got bounced from Trump White House pool, the legacy media mostly yawned at Sen. Grassley’s revelations that Smith gathered information on news outlets.
Dr. James P. Miller is not describing a few bad apples. He is describing the operating system.
Hospitals inflated COVID numbers. They pushed remdesivir they already knew was dangerous. They denied care to the unvaccinated. Then they tried to destroy the doctors who would not play along.
Read that last sentence again.
“The head of infectious disease medicine at my hospital privately told me that he was working with the state government to restrict the civil rights of unvaccinated people.”
That is not a protocol dispute. That is a physician admitting he was coordinating with government to strip patients of rights based on vaccination status. In an American hospital.
Let me speak as a doctor who has actually stood in those rooms.
When administrators decide a patient’s civil rights are negotiable, medicine has already ended. What remains is ideology in a white coat: count the cases the way the money wants them counted, give the drug the hospital is paid to give, isolate the unvaccinated, and punish any physician who treats the person in the bed instead of the spreadsheet.
We said this in 2020. We were called dangerous for saying it. Early treatment existed. Informed consent existed. The doctor-patient relationship existed. They replaced all three with a federal playbook and a smear campaign against anyone who remembered their oath.
This is not an isolated whistleblower. It is a pattern. History is catching up.
Hospitals exist to treat patients. The moment they partner with the state to restrict civil rights, they have ceased to be hospitals.
Never again.
Indeed...
The idea that North America was peaceful and only full of rainbows and unicorns before the introduction of people of European origin is false...this is a good and correct reality of what it was and what happened to the north American continent...
My family wants accountability. We would also prefer that the politically weaponized DOJ and FBI would leave our family alone.
They proved nothing; we lost everything; they haven’t stopped.
