Sure, I dislike that NTE AI generated an ENTIRE CUTSCENE, but I find the rage against NTE using it for the grunt work silly.
Tell me, would you rather:

A game (like alien isolation for example) having an AI based algorithm so a monster can track your movement isnt GENERATIVE AI

@CentroLeaks I mean its better, but its still not good. The long-distance vistas still SUCK and the textures desperately need to be higher quality. Unlike SV, the close in landscape actually looks pretty good and gives a sense of exploration, but it still feels a little bland.

Meters is a similar thing.
It scales really small well thanks to centi, milli, and micro being predictable steps which in doesnt have, and meters measures buildings and similar intermediate sizes well, but decimeters is rarely used and most people would understand 1 foot better.

People on both sides of the argument completely forget WHY either system exists.
Imperial is so piecemeal because its an amalgam of scales that people made up as they experimented and discovered.
Metric is the standardization after the fact to make the system easier to understand

Neither is strictly better or worse.
Miles works better for high speeds and long distances because it scales slower (hence Aircraft using Nautical Miles/hour or Knots)
Fahrenheit is more granular and is better at expressing human comfort ranges but Celius scales larger better.
