@AvantiWestCoast Preference is to put it in writing given this was a complete failure to provide a legally required service. Telephone calls are too easy to forget about Please advise of a way to put this complaint in writing, failure to respond effectively will mean I escalate to the ombudsman,
@AvantiWestCoast please clarify how I raise a complaint regarding assistance failure. I attempted to utilise TUAG rights as I dislocated my knee outside the station. Was here over an hour, so there was plenty of notice however nobody came to help.
@MartinSLewis My dad took a chip pan back to Currys, it was one of the cheapest models they did and several years old so well past the guarantee period, visibly well used (all the writing had come off) and greasy. They took pity on him and replaced it without any issues. I was mortified!
@Hayleyjas@JeremyVineOn5@thecarolemalone@GavinROfficial@theJeremyVine Burden of proof needed is very different. Criminal cases require beyond reasonable doubt. For civil issues it’s on balance of probabilities. There was likely a clause in his contract, they also mentioned new compelling evidence, maybe it meets the threshold for civil action?
@TheOpenWebJP1@TheGriftReport Why should he be prepared to accept a lower wage? You comment on taking advantage of people as being evil but seemingly endorse him not earning an equal wage to others which is in itself taking advantage!
@AngieBeatDown Soft foods, painkillers, frozen peas (to be used as an ice pack to help with bruising and swelling) sea salt (to make saline rinses to keep the extraction sites clean) I have also heard advice to drink a lot of pineapple juice the day before the procedure to limit swelling
Been very well looked after this evening in 1st class on @TPExpressTrains even with a very busy service! a complete polar opposite of the train journey I took this morning despite 1st being basically empty this morning! The assistant on this evenings train has been amazing!!!
@JustEatUK how can I actually speak to someone in customer services without trying to communicate by email? I was scammed yesterday by @SUBWAY ordered through your app. 75% of my order missing yet you think a £1.39 refund is acceptable. Here’s a clue it’s not!
@AskNationwide regretting switching my current account to you. Not a good start! my wages are going into a bank account that is due to close tomorrow because contrary to your switch guarantee you didnt switch it. Customer services are useless. Now looking for a new provider!
@Smt66S @DRDisabilityReb Had access card since 2016. I wouldn't qualify for PIP. I only recently qualified for a Blue Badge. The whole systems a mess there's too many cracks for people to fall into and not get the support they need. It needs a fairer and open system. any evidence should be considered.
@bushontheradio Its true!! Spread with mayo or Béchamel sauce on the outside of the bread. If you add some extra cheese on top of the béchamel for the top slice it makes it like a costa toastie but a lot cheaper :D
@allyc375 @BootsUK This is why I stopped using Boots. Ordered meds 10 days in advance, I would get a text to say ready for collection but only get part of it or they wouldn’t dispense it claiming it has already been dispensed. Once they duplicated the prescription which caused issues for me!
@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, just to try give you a heads up, we had dodgy cold callers 2day in Lancaster, claiming 2b investigating broadband issues + asking info about our supplier. They were wearing @EE and money expert uniform. Don’t want people thinking they were linked to MSE!
@MikScarlet@AmazonUK Amazon are the worst. We have 3 members of household with various disabilities. We have filled in accessible delivery requests which they ignore. My parcels are routinely dumped. This week my dad with sight problems fell over one their driver had dumped. They didn’t care!
@LancasterCC You can’t even manage normal collections or assisted collections for disabled residents, also couldn’t decide which day bin collections were supposed to be on at Christmas. I hold little hope of this going smoothly
@Butlins We might be, depends on the response to possible discrimination against disabled guests? Please respond to the email sent 21st November and subsequent follow ups the latest was sent this morning!!!
