@PinnacleSF have left me and my wife without heating & hot water for 8 days. She had surgery on her arm last week rendering her unable to drive or wash. No hot water. No heating. No care. Spares would take 3 days. We are in day 8. Nothing. Useless company.

Ive called the contractor — HEWER who informed me it’s a beam new boiler required and they can’t do anything until DIO
