Depends how you’re looking at it. Financially , if it needs to be “fed” with a monthly payment, and it’s depreciating - then yes it’s a liability - especially if it isn’t something you need to make money .
Most people need a car to make money- unfortunately they purchase brand new, often highly disposable vehicles that drop like a rock in value.
Other people who know how to buy vehicles and are buying cars that appreciate - could
consider them an investment - even though they aren’t a great one .(this is usually because they’re an enthusiast)
A fleet of vehicles used to create income are an asset, although a depreciating one. The depreciation is tax deductible - an if they’re financed correctly or leased - they’re an asset with a liability component (the loan) on the balance sheet .
If you’re on the fence. Look at what side has more winners and lean in that direction. Look at the past, whatever side has more people is usually wrong.
Remember, the majority of the planet is broke, unhealthy, out of shape and unhappy- yet they all trust the same sources of information.
Get advice from winners - not “authorities”. It’s unfortunate that in our broken society “authorities” are selected by special interest groups - not by their merits, ethics or results.
Sincerely, someone who likes to win.
The generation that blames a younger generation for being problematic...are usually the generation that raised that younger generation.
The executives who blame their management for not being competent in their position, are often the executives who hired and trained that management team.
Managers who blame their staff for underperformance are usually the same managers that trained that staff.
Blame is an easy way to get out of your responsibilities.
It's also the easiest way to fail in anything you do.
Don't solve your problems by inventing an ideologies (excuses and theories) about the subject you're having trouble with. People do this all the time in an effort to reduce their responsibility for that problem area. #mytip#successtips#ceo#grantcardonecanada#grantcardone
Training for your position or your job is an on going activity. If you want to insulate yourself against stress, anxiety, economic pressures, inflation and a difficult marketplace - ALWAYS be training in your field or your space. #cardoneuniversity#10x#successtips#ceo
Over the past few years, my brother was a crucial part of my business success but he also helped nurse me back to health after I got sick.
I decided to make his Christmas UNFORGETTABLE by gifting him with the dirt bike of his dreams!

Was super excited to have these two thought leaders and educators in my business yesterday for a planning session and future collaboration between our two organizations.
@cicccvancouver is a leader in their space and we look forward to creating together.
Sometimes knowledge expands to a point where we have no choice but to pass it along; a legacy is defined not by what you give yourself but by what you give others.
Stay tuned, something new and exciting is coming......ANY GUESSES?!
I wouldn’t and couldn’t do it alone. I’ve always felt being “self-made” is a misnomer because I’ve always needed mentors, educators, partners, friends and of course a family!
Success doesn’t happen by accident. My team has been the biggest factor in my success.
Power is nothing without control or, in racing terminology, “Spinning ain’t winning”. I’m finding this more and more true every day. Without discipline, your true power as a being is wasted!
