If you have to lie to win a battle you've really lost.
Seems to be an absence of Celtic fans running onto the park to start a riot after the disallowed Rangers goal.
Must because we're not total fucking weapons.
A simple look at how these games are handled at Hampden tells you everything. There is always a clear perimeter of stewards and police behind both goals to prevent fans spilling onto the pitch.
So the obvious question is why wasn’t that in place yesterday?
It suggests Rangers had a serious stewarding issue and didn’t have the required numbers in place. Whether that was poor planning or an attempt to cut costs on staffing, it ultimately left travelling supporters without the level of safety and control you’d expect at a high-risk fixture like this.
For that reason alone, Rangers should be facing serious questions from the authorities. The SPFL or the SFA need to look at this properly because clubs have a responsibility to ensure the safety of supporters inside their stadium. If they failed to provide the appropriate stewarding and policing structure, then there has to be consequences. 🍀
Share this as much as possible, the more @CelticFC fans what share it the more it fill twitter timeline for that mob to see it and get under the skin even more. Piling on the agony 🍀
Michael Beale had to go. He wasn’t the tactical genius that many claimed behind Steven Gerrard’s title win. An inexperienced manager with no proven track record failed miserably as I predicted he would against Rodgers and a club who can outspend them by a tenner for ever fiver!
