@anita_psychic@f1fantraveltv 38-39 secs - something from beneath the helicopter collides with the helicopter and then falls to the ground. The helicopter instantly starts it's spinning and decent.
@whiteroserachel The so-called professional claims that the pilot safely steered the helicopter into a place of safe landing is talking out of his proverbial. If that was the case, why didn't he steer it on to the pitch??
@f1fantraveltv If you pause the video on 37 seconds and then play it, you will see something rapidly move upwards from bottom right of the helicopter. It makes contact with the helicopter and falls to the ground.
@WillGrace96 Correction...police have said it was not one of THEIR drones. There is now sufficient evidence which shows a small object colliding with the helicopter.
@whiteroserachel It was a game featured live on TV. TV companies often use drones hovering above stadiums on live games and police use drones to monitor crowds leaving the stadium. The police have confirmed their drone was not in the air at the time of the incident.
@mattykeenan @BrackleyPippa @leicspolice Like I have said before, it depends on the size of the drone on whether it gets "chewed up and spat out". Helicopters of this age don't just fall out of the sky.
@swedechef@leicslive The BT Sport show was still being aired at the time the helicopter went up in the air. Often TV companies still have drones in the air when they cut to a commercial break.
@mattykeenan @BrackleyPippa @leicspolice TV companies hovver their drone high above the centre circle..the helicopter took off vertical from the centre circle. Police have denied their drone was involved. Need I say more.
Police have stated today that the Leicester helicopter accident wasn't caused by one of their drones...make of that what you will. #RestinPeaceALL#LFCFamily
@mattykeenan @BrackleyPippa @leicspolice Drones are getting bigger...some have in excess of a 6ft wingspan. If that collided with the tail rotor then it is possible it could have caused the accident. That is only conjecture though..
@luciemorrismarr@CNN Sorry but I have seen the CCTV footage. The pilot would have had little chance of doing anything. The flight recorder has been recovered so we will know more once it has been thoroughly examined. Rest in peace to all those onboard.
