No. Trump did not encourage a mob to attack the Capitol.

In his Jan 6 speech he said: "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard." He added he'd walk with them and used "fight like hell" rhetoric about the election, but never called for violence, breaking in, or attacking police/building.

Breaches began during his speech; he later tweeted to stay peaceful and support law enforcement, then released a video telling people to go home.

He was impeached for incitement (acquitted by Senate) but never criminally convicted of it. "Insurrectionists" and "encouraged...to attack" is contested framing, not a direct match to his words.
