We are much obliged that SC has understood the pains and sufferings of 20000 #CHEATEDHOMEBUYERS pan India which resulted in your suggestion for Dedicated Courts to provide justice to 20000 home buyers who have been miserably suffering for last 18 years. After all Homebuyers Rs 16000 Crores(Grant Thorton Report) could not have just vanished by #MAGIC without active collusive support of Corrupt Ministers, Corrupt Govt Bureaucrats and Licensing Authorities and of course Banks. So intelligently the money has been siphoned overseas(thanks to great Indian Lawyers/Lawyer Cum Ministers who helped prolong the cases for years to facilitate traceless siphoning), that even our Enforcement Directorate(ED) @dir_ed and Central Bureau of Investigation CBI @CBIHeadquarters could only recover pittance. The erstwhile Chandra family promoters of Unitech Ltd(since 2020 a Govt of India Co) are too well known for their great influence over India's Executive, what difference does it make for a few years imprisonment? The Octogenarian Civil Engineer(IIT) Ramesh Chandra was granted bail on health grounds and its all hunky dory in India with the family. Govt enforcement/Crime Investigation companies failed and all assets where Govt wants to encash and attach are already having encumbrances very smartly. SC has appointed the Board of Directors and even last CMD Mr Yudhvir Mallik appointed by SC has spent 6 years without any substantial progress-there are reports on his unethical practices also. Now a new CMD Mr Giridhar Aramane has taken over as CMD-again approved by Honourable SC. But without men, materials and abilities to cycle cash flows, is it possible to complete some 19000 flats. Without Govt putting in funds to rotate and make progress, how can such a large project be executed? If Govt stake holders(Ministers, Bureaucrats,Licensing Authorities) all collaborated in assisting the loot and Enforcement Agencies/Investigation Companies of Govt has failed, is it not responsiblility of Govt to help generate cash flow cycles to complete so many flats? Why did Government take over Unitech as suggested by your Honourable Court -it was moved by you to provide justice. Is Govt planning a Gallantry Award for being cheated and so flats when one is 75 years or more or worse posthumously? Is the the message to the world about justice in India? We are all old, most retired with old age problems and only wish to die gracefully as we head towards our ends. Is such a wish list also not possible for Govt/Hon SC to oblige us with? We plead before you with folded hands
