@PSAAirlinesInc On Sunday 11-23, American flight AA 5240 departed from Charlotte to South Bend around 4:53pm. During the flight, there was a medical emergency, and I want to praise the flight attendants for their excellent response. They stayed calm, asked for anyone with medical experience, and gathered their medical supplies to help us care for the patient. +
