@AmericanAir The refund process sucks. I get policy but I would hope you all would take in account, money spent, time as an aadvantage member, status and so on. But no, you all just say "policy is....." No change to have a convo with anyone on that team.
@ouraring How long does it take to reply to a support ticket? I upgraded to a Gen 3 and didn’t do the membership. I lost all previous app functionality. This was not mentioned when I upgraded or I would have just charged my gen 1 every 2 days. Now I can only see the scores.
