It took several days to count every ballot in 2020, and it’s very likely we won’t know the outcome tonight either. So please keep a few things in mind as you make your voice heard today:
– Thousands of election workers around the country are working hard today. Respect them. Thank them.
– Don’t share things before checking your sources.
– Let the process run its course. It takes time to count every ballot.
@DaveKluge Curious what the data is on longevity? In your list of QBs past their rookie deal, only Kyler Murray remains with his initial team - and his time may be limited there. How does that compare with QBs taken at 2-10? I'd bet teams prefer consistency over single-season stats?
If I think of the happiest moments in my career - the best pitch, most successful project, biggest raise. All pale in comparison to the moments of being a dad. Every win is bigger, every loss harder. I’ve grown more as a dad than I ever have as in my career.
Unpopular opinion:
Having children sounds terrifying.
As if I’d lose myself, my relationship, and my career. Yet everyone seems to do it.
Are you all happy?
Happy mostly when they’re older and you have people to come home for Thanksgiving?
I wish people would honestly reply
For all the Swifties out there, I just saw this on TikTok…
Rate Taylor Swift’s MN Soccer Mom impression on a 1-10 scale
Bonus points if you can tell me where specifically in MN you’d be most likely to hear someone say this verbatim

As much potential as AI has for our future of working, we should all be very very worried about how it’s so easily integrated into mainstream media. The propaganda engine has never turned faster.
@allenholub I think you have to caveat this for what kinds of teams and which type of software. I’d argue waterfall has its place for agencies and “known” software builds such as replatforming, etc. Many software agencies struggle with the concept of agility as a result.
