The CEC seems poised to declare the Georgian Dream victory, if not more than 50% then just enough for them to form the government.
The opposition will of course coordinate on what's next, and a lot will depend on evidence of fraud. Assessment from Western observers and governments will most likely prove vital.
Please don't ask me what's next for now, we are working on it and I can't have a clear answer. Lots of things at play.
