There's a sentence I keep coming back to: "Demo it, don't memo it."

I say it when a team has spent 3 days discussing how something might look, instead of spending 3 hours making an actual prototype that someone could react to. 🧵⤵️

10/10 AI hasn't eliminated the need for expertise or judgment. It has eliminated the excuse that building takes too long.
