Samsung uk @SamsungUK worst customer service ever. Phone due to be delivered yesterday did not turn up. Paid for delivery by 10.30am today, no show. Been trying to get through on phone for over 1 hour and 3 emails ignored. Happy to take your money however!

What a joke @AldiUK. Ordered a Kamado BBQ on the 15th. Phoned today as delivery was within 3 to 10 days. Told not shipped and still the warehouse and could not tell me when it would be shipped!!!!

@VirginAtlantic in USA trying to check in tomorrow’s flights and cannot, tried to contact your customer service on hold for 8 mins at a cost of over £10. No joy so had to hang up. Already not happy times changed have 7 hrs in Atlanta airport left unable to check in and no contact
