Cool in the tin before slicing. ✨ (done)

Fold in 200g plain flour, ½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt until just combined, then fold in 200g chopped white chocolate.

Spread into a lined 20cm square tin and bake at 180°C / 160°C fan for 22–28 mins, until the edges are set and the middle is still slightly soft.
