I’ve made 7 attempts trying to contact a human… none of your IVRs or AI bots can help…
I placed an order in the 7th June, returned 3 items within a matter of days and still no refund!!

I’ve got a damaged item received in the post, which is a Christmas present and despite trying to call (sat in a queue for an hour), WhatsApp x3 times and email (no longer working)!

Fire alarms gone off at Cheltenham cinema tonight and not a single member of staff in sight?! Staff have evacuated to a safe place but the punters are left in the street, not knowing if they’re safe? It’s a disgrace!!
