2 great pies last night. 70% hydration akpizzaguy bulk ferment method dough. 50/50 blend of @CentralMilling organic 00 flour and @tonyspizza415 flour. Sauce is Stanislaus lightly seasoned Tomato Magic.

Plain pie with sauce on top.

Hawaiian with bacon, pineapple and red onion. So good!!

@AlexFinn I've been using it w/ OpenClaw for the last 12 hours and my biggest complaint, other than the personality feels like it has no soul compared to Claude, is that it doesn't seem to be autonomously completing tasks and updating me without me nudging. Anyone else experiencing this?
