I’m not sure why people outside of academia are convinced that you’d be banned from a liberal arts university if you referenced the Bible. At Harvard, I took an entire class on the Bible, and my knowledge from my religious upbringing paid off. You can learn about and discuss the Bible. You just can’t say “The Bible told me so” as your only evidence for an argument and expect to get a good grade in a psychology class. You have to intellectually engage with the material…. 🤦‍♀️

Not many reality stars and influencers are willing to be transparent about their boundaries or truly honest about the fact it's a job. Because the illusion that sells is they're "seamlessly" integrating their audience and peers into their lives and anything less is "fake". (3/3)
