It has been a very long time, and I have waited a very long time, now I can't wait any longer. Pegasus Airline is a scam and fraud. I have proof of this so-called cheap flight. They scammed me 12,800TL (83,589Pkr).

They are hiding behind the screens after scamming me. No response, not even a serious note on complaint. The authorities should ban this airline or at least charge them for their negligence and worse services.

The story I posted yesterday was not seriously taken. I received a comment from the @pegasusdestek, and they demanded the same details that I have been given to them more than 1000 times already. They keep asking the damn question. But no help in return. HATE @flymepegasus

How much time does it take them to respond to my complaint, which has been noted so many times. But yet no action was taken against this. I simply hate this airline. Causing me so much stress.

@flymepegasus I went to help desk but no one took me serious. Both in Pakistan and Ercan airport. They kept saying do it online. Or call their helpline.
It has been 4.5 months now since I am fighting from Pegasus Airlines for my refund and baggage damaged claim and they stop responding.

@flymepegasus Now tell me where should I go? Who should I claim? Is this the way airlines supposed to treat their customers? Is this what they call customer care?

I am serious having the worse experience and I want everyone to stop traveling in such airlines so that they learn the lesson.

3 months of fighting with @flymepegasus, I booked that same ticket again as I wanted to travel back. I paid for my ticket, and their website claimed the money have been transferred. I contacted the airline customer services, and they told me the payment has not been made.

@flymepegasus My father told me to come back to Pakistan and you fight from home as there is no office located in Cyprus nor in Pakistan. There numbers are even not located. As soon as I arrived on the airport my luggage was damaged the lock was broken, stuff was lost, and it was my new bags.

@flymepegasus Another frustrating thing happend. The same "open ticket", I have paid for 3 times still not been reissued. I fought, kept calling, kept emailing but no positive response. They still not being helpful at all. Unfortunately, i had to book a new ticket.

I had to travel at any cost to TRNC for my degree clearance and couldn't wait, so I booked another ticket. I went to TRNC, called Pegasus Airline, and they told me I can use this ticket anytime in 1 year or cancle it and claim the refund.
