We're enrolling people aged 30 and over who have had 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, with the first in December 2020 or January 2021

- Drops in S IgG by up to ~half by day 84
- Small drop for T cells
- S IgG drop more for mRNA boosters
- After 2x BNT, day 84 S IgG as good or better following Adenovirus boosters vs mRNA
- Reduced but still good neutralisation vs omicron at day 28 for mRNA boosters

The UKHSA played a key role in the laboratory testing of samples from the @CovBoost trial, which assessed possible vaccines for the UK’s booster rollout.
We will shortly begin testing samples from the trial against the new #OmicronVariant to assess their effectiveness.
