Those are the numbers the Gazan Health Ministry reported.

They are from October 7th 2023, till around September 2026.

If you want to add deaths due natural causes it would still be higher. In 2025 there were around 8,000 deaths outside war causes, that will give you around 24,000 for the entire period.

So still 20k+ increase.

Displacement figures are unrelated to genocide, as intent to remove a population from a territory isn't genocide.

Lastly the figure you mentioned compares the projected population for 2025 they made prior to the war, not the pre war population.
