Sales in smaller towns (of india) is a diffn deal.

My father, who owns a retail store, gauges the walk-in customer by his surname, his profession, which part of the day he walked in, his personal developments etc..
And then creates that sales pitch.

All in less than a minute.

Usually when people talk about execution, it's in the past tense. We did X, and voila, we won.

They edit & cut out all the dead ends they hit, the stuff they tried that failed.

This gives people a f*cked up idea of what execution really is.

You can’t collect Forex payment online and process it unless the payee signs it *physically* (RBI regulations)
