@CostaCoffee hi. Just bought a hot chocolate from New Street. Asked for no marshmallows as I am allergic to them but once I got on the train saw that they were in my cup. Waste of £4.50.
Staff were too busy chatting to network rail people. Not good.

@McDonaldsUK hey. Just had the worst McDonald’s at Warwick road in Solihull. Everything was cool / cold. Two hash browns and two double muffins and a Diet Coke. Tried to complain at the counter. Stood there for 5 minutes no sign of any staff. Worst experience for a long time.
