Opened up a support case with the delight team at @Superhuman today and this evening I noticed that I’ve used the app for 5 years now. The thing I love the most besides how blazing fast the app runs (and hitting inbox zero) is the fact how wonderful their customer support / delight is. They were fast on their reply back to you back then and they are still quick to respond with helpful solutions to the questions you may have. 🙏🏻

Hey @VerizonSupport all day today my iPhone has been on SOS mode in the community I work in. Only been able to use my phone when connected to WiFi. Yet your chat support says they detect no issues.

It was a pleasant surprise when I got the little notification that my superhuman client got a little upgrade to summarize emails. My only complaint and it’s super minimal is how on one email it’s summarized and called me by my job title. Actually made me laugh. I’ll send it in via email if your team wants to take a look.

Dear Microsoft, I absolutely hate office 365 due to the lack of documentation for proper SSO SAML login with Google. Throwing errors left and right with ZERO documentation on how to fix it.

@consistent_the @srothschild1 🙄 Kids who are scoring at a level 2 on the state assessments are not failing. They are at grade level. Our ACT scores are lower, due to the fact it’s offered to every junior for free. Lastly, not every student is college bound.
