@BestBuySupport I cancelled the order. Too little to late. Was given 3 different reasons why order was stuck in processing. I went elsewhere.

Annoyed at @BestBuy for lack of customer support. Ordered online for pickup today and it's still showing 'getting ready' HOURS later. Called the store directly and no, can't seem to get a in store person on the phone, your call is directed to an off shore call center!
