This was a man who was a true hero, bravely stood up for his country in WW2 then helped his country again last year with his amazing fundraising . So many owe so much to this man. This fine outstanding gentleman deserves a state funeral. @piersmorgan

Sad news to hear that Dame Vera Lynn has passed away. This grand lady was truly inspirational during WW2, let us hope that everyone feels the same way. I propose a statue in her memory without any further delay, if you agree with me please share this post.
