@virginmedia we have waiting on 3 occasions for your broadband equipment to be picked up and no one turns up or no messages. Each time we to call to arrange again pls you then send a letter charging for earlier disconnection which we did not do and asking for equipment..

@Ocado 2nd week received less bags than charged for and items misding service definitely going down hill. Told driver and he just says that's all your shopping

@DVLAgovuk we are waiting since June for an outcome of an annual medical review. I have contacted you numerous times and nothing absolutely terrible and not acceptable ..causing so much undue stress and anxiety to pensioners

@DVLAgovuk for the annual review of driving license for drivers with medical conditions it would help to have some sort of idea of how long it is going to take. You aren't able to give any indication after 3+ months....is this really fair or acceptable I don't believe so
