@AngelEdsa @MayorAdler Uhhh no man. You just said “not to deduce” and yet, you are deducing something. The stat is measuring prevalence. We’re not talking about specific schools, of which LVISD and AISD have similarly-sized ones. We’re measuring prevalence in the district.

@AngelEdsa @MayorAdler It’s the difference between 7.7% of Lago Vista ISD infected and 0.6% of Austin ISD, so actually you can draw a conclusion that there is a big difference between the 2 school districts. Percentages measure prevalence and proportion, not count. Same goes for “1 out of every ___”.

@emilyhiggs24 Thank you ❤️ I understand your stress because I was there a few weeks ago and being told there are zero beds in the whole of Corpus Christi and that your mom would be laying in the ER for another night is horrible. I wish ppl would get vaxxed already..this is preventable!

@emilyhiggs24 My mom was in a ER triage room for 24 hours before getting a bed (not on ICU) but in a bed nonetheless. There was a full waiting room & patients lining the hallways of the ER. What a nightmare. She ended up passing away 2 weeks ago but the first experience in the ER was stressful

@UberEats I ordered food for my kids using a gift card given by sweet people after my mom’s passing recently. I completely got someone else’s order. Now my kids are hungry and I guess I could reorder the same thing but be out the double the money. Cust support has left me waiting

Unfortunately, I at first only noticed that 2 drinks were missing so I immediately went to the cust support to report 2 items missing. Then we opened the bag and found a completely different order. I’m re-ordering because my kids need to eat already but I’d like a refund.

@KXAN_News Same with my mom! She lay in the ER with cancer complications (luckily in a triage room rather than in the hallway like a lot of the rest) for a whole day before they could get a bed for her. I’m praying she didn’t get COVID, even though she’s been vaccinated. (This is in Corpus)
